There is a Contact Form on our website. In addition, your suggestions and complaints come to us from other online platforms. If you want to contact us and submit your requests through this form and other platforms, we request your Name, Surname, E-mail, Transaction Information and Phone Number data in order to get back to you.
If you fill out the Newsletter Membership form on our website, we request your e-mail information so that we can send you updated information.
Additionally, another section of our website where we collect data is the Human Resources Application Form. We aim to enable you to apply for a job with us through this form and to evaluate these applications and get back to you. For this reason, we request your Name, Surname, E-mail, Phone Number and CV data with the relevant form.
We process your Name, Surname, Contact Information and Voice Recording information in order to respond to your requests through our Call Center.
We collect your Identity, Contact and Address information in order to send the gifts they have won to the winners of the sweepstakes we conduct via social media.

- You can find out whether it has been processed, the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, and if it has been processed, you can request information about it,
- You can learn about third parties with whom your information is shared at home and abroad in accordance with the law,
- If you think it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, you can request it to be corrected,
- You may request the deletion or destruction of your information within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
- You may request that the third parties to whom it has been transferred be notified of your requests specified in paragraphs (c) and (d) and that they carry out the same transactions,
- You can object to a result being against you due to analysis by automatic systems, or if you think that it has been recorded or used illegally and you have suffered damage as a result, you can request compensation for the damage.

6. Changes to Privacy Policy
We can make changes to the Privacy Policy at any time in light of changes in the law, especially KVKK, regulations and decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board, and changes that may occur in our company policy. We will notify you when we make material changes.
